For a fun high-intensity workout that will challenge you, come and join us for a session at our Centennial, Colorado Orangetheory Fitness studio. With our experienced and energetic personal gym trainers, the encouraging benefits of a group workout setting, and bold studio décor, Orangetheory is the perfect place to motivate you to be your best.

Orangetheory Fitness group training sessions are a mix of cardiovascular and strength training utilizing treadmill training, indoor rowing machines, hand weights, and floor exercises. During your one-hour session, you will wear a heart rate monitor to be sure that you keep your heart rate within a targeted range that stimulates your metabolism and increases your energy. When you are able to keep your heart rate in that range, you gain extra energy and burn more calories for 24-36 hours after your workout!

If you would like to lose weight, with proper nutritional planning you can expect to lose around 3-5 pounds a week if attending 3-5 gym sessions every week. If you would like to increase your performance, you can anticipate seeing an improvement in your strength, speed, and power after your first two weeks when attending 2-4 sessions every week. Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up, increase your endurance, or build your strength and power, Orangetheory Fitness is the perfect place for you.

Brian became passionate about fitness after transforming his own life through exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. His passion developed into getting a personal training certification, along with 3 separate specializations to expand his knowledge of the body and the most effective ways to achieve different goals. He loves helping people achieve their goals, regardless of their starting point.
When he’s not training and coaching, you can catch him hiking in the mountains somewhere with his dog or attending or watching some kind of sporting event. He loves competition and believes healthy competition sparks the kind of hard work we need to drive us to succeed. He treats his classes like he does his daily life; “Be better than you were yesterday” is a phrase he lives by and a statement he whole-heartedly believes in. His main motivation is to help people see that they are capable of amazing things and be there to help push them to be the best they can be.
"My love for fitness began when I served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer. From there I pursued my education at the University of Texas at San Antonio where I attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Medicine. I'm also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. In my Orangetheory classes I try to bring high energy and choose music from a variety of different genres. To encourage and protect our members I stress proper form when exercising as I've seen many exercise related injuries."
Jen has been teaching group fitness since 2008, and doing personal training since 2013. When she decided to pursue a career in fitness, she was at a business development job, racking her brain on what direction to go. She can look back on that now and laugh because it was so obvious! She has been involved in many sports including basketball, soccer, volleyball, rugby, lacrosse, water polo, swimming, tennis, mountain biking, snowboarding and most recently pole dancing. Jen is a certified personal trainer, she is ViPR certified, has 2 different pole dance certifications and has taken the Neorokinetic therapy level one course. Beyond helping you meet your fitness goals, she is very interested in movement patterns. "Not every exercise is for every body. I don't believe in pushing a body into a position that will hurt them, rather I'd like to find functional way for a person to use their body and learn something about their movement."

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
